Discuss any major differences you notice
Identify any nutrition related consequences of their diet pattern (good or bad consequences)
Do their foods/eating patterns make them more likely to be healthy? How so?
Do their foods/eating patterns make them likely to develop any diseases? If so, what about their food patters are healthful and what about their food patterns are putting them at risk for diseases?
Discuss what aspect of each groups’ foods/eating patterns you would adopt and which ones you would avoid.
Explain why – do you have certain preferences, are their specific health risks/benefits, etc…
